Summary

This article describes the advantage of animal testing. There are many reasons that why animal testing is so important. People could get sick or even die durig the tests if test the new treatments on humans. Animals can help medical students perfect their skills before trying them out on human patients, and animals have similar physical processes with human. According to surveys, many people think animal testing is very important for medical research. People agree and support the use of animals in research that helps scientists learn how to treat disease. They are especially accepting of animal testing when its purpose is to study deadly diseases, such as cancer. on the other hand, testing animals saves money and time.

In this article, I will know some advantage of animal testing and it is benefit for medical research. Firstly, animals share many features with humans. Animal testing allow scientists to test and create new drugs. There are some similar physical processes compare with human. Scientists use animals to test the safety and effectiveness of newly developed drugs before testing on small groups of patients, such as cancer. It is benefit for testing and researching to deadly diseases. From this article we can know that if a drug produces adverse effects in animals it is probably unfit for human use. Secondly, animal testing is cheap. Animals are easily bred, and maintained safely in controlled labs. The costs of testing in humans would be extremely high. Without animal testing, many new drugs would be extremely unsafe.
