From my point of view, I totally agree with the article. First of all, competitive advantages are not only the state of art technology and good financial backing, but also good image. My topic is “being ethical is the golden way of doing business in the future”, therefore; my focus point is the future of the company. Even doing business ethically is costly sometimes, but when we consider the future of the company, social responsibility can bring benefit to the company and also the society. In addition, I also agree that being ethical is an action from inside to outside. The first step is to treat the organization member well because they have the direct impact to the company. At the same time, they can also benefit the company immediately. Finally, company should do something good to the society in order to build up an ethical image among the public. From words of mouth, the customer based of the company can be widened because of the good image.
