Summary and Feedback

Here's the summary of "Putting NASA’s budget in perspective"(Jeff BrooksMonday, July 2, 2007)
Most people think it's important to solve basic life problem rather than going into the space. But there's a very interesting found:For every $1 the government spends on NASA, at the same time $98 on social needs. In other words, if we reduce the funding on social programs by just 1% which is exactly $1, we can get a double NASA’s budget!!That means the government cost a huge amount of money on basic life and spend a very little on Nasa which even does not grow much in recent years.Even the percents of the whole budge goes down . That it achieves so much with such a small share of the federal budget is astonishing.
If the NASA get a high level of support , it can do much better and much more things.
My opnion:
From this article we can konw that the government do spend a lot in basic life and the people should not require the government to remove the outerspace funding to the basic life any more , because it is such a little share of the "budge pie"and can help nothing, and we should agree to encourage the space exporation and give it a higher level of support. It is also very important. The outer space reseach contributes to scientific developments. It will help aerospace ,new energy technologies in our daily life as well, all of which are very useful for humanity; To have a brilliant future. it should be encouraged

essay topic :Telecommuting makes work better

Summary: According to the survey conducted by CDW-G, an outstanding information provider technology, about 2/3 interviewed people want to telecommute, and the reasons are:to get rid of commute, to achieve work-life balance, and also to save money, and telecommuting can bring these benefits to people.

The article reveals that telecommuting can help people who work in New York City save 6 years during the track of 40-year working, an ordinary worker in USA wasters about 4 years on working back and forth, and actually four years can be spent on their family, interests, even on work.

It’s also indicate that the most obvious benefit of telecommuting is increased flexibility; it offers e-worker more freedom to handle family things, and an overwhelming percentage of 90% e-workers feel happy with the life that telecommuting provides them.

Moreover, research shows telecommuters are more productive than their office colleagues, and 40% surveyed e-workers said they’re more productive at home. Besides these, one typical e-worker can save $7,000- $17,000 a year.

In short, telecommuting has many advantages, and it can improve workers' life quality and work productivity.

Reference: Kate Lister ,Tom Harnish, Undress for success, the naked truth about making money at home.

Response: the article started with the survey to show how many people want to work from home, then analysis the probable reasons, and the content supports my view of what benefits staff can get from telecommuting from 3 aspects. In the first place, the article talking about what telecommuting brings us is positive, it's in the same position with my essay, and the author gives detailed information to support his opinion, for example, the first reason is people want to get rid of commute, the author interprets it from another angle which is the time wasted on commuter can be spent on other things. In addition, it shows the study figures, I can reference these parts to make the essay more evident and persuasive.Further more, and it has an all-round view which can complement my opinion, for instant, in my view, flexibility just means the e-worker can enjoy flexible working condition and schedules, but in this article, it means the whole family can enjoy, because e-worker can schedule their work according to family, such as, send kids to school, make meals. In conclusion, it broadens my view, and provides useful information which can be used in my essay.

The Chinese language, its history and current usage

Chinese is generally considered a beautiful and import language, also it is viewed a difficult language. Now more and more people who speak English are learning the Chinese language, and some of them learning very well. However, Written Chinese is more difficult than spoken Chinese, because Chinese character looks like some strange code lumps together.
For all students who want study Chinese, Chinese is Putonghua, the popular and official language in China. Actually in Mainland China there are so many dialects and Putonghua is the most popular language for people from different place to distinguish between their different local accents.
The English speaker who starts to learn Chinese will find that sometimes Chinese is similar to most other languages. Chinese has some words in common with English, or which are written in an alphabetic script. The Chinese learner will discover that nearly all words in Chinese are made up of other simpler words. And lots of words were invented 3,000 years ago.
Nowadays, Chinese has borrowed so many words from other languages and still uses the same meaning. Also there are a certain number of unfamiliar words.

Response:

This book introduces the modern Chinese as it is used in China during the first few years of the 21Th century. And also this book is written for people who are thinking of learning Chinese or who have started learning it already. Also in this book people could find some knowledge about Chinese character culture.
Most foreigner think learning Chinese is a good way to understand China. Also from this book people could find many shortcuts to lean some simple Chinese words or sentences. But the most important reason I chose this book is that, from this book, I got some foreigner’s opinion about Chinese language and Chinese character, and why more and more people learning Chinese.

ARTICLE TITLE: Principles versus Rules in Financial Supervision--Is There One Superior Apprach?

Summary:
1 The challenging nature of financial supervision:
Firstly, some occupations have changed in some respects.
Secondly, domains of public policy has become complex and no end in this process.
2 Financial Liberalization and Supervision:
Financial liberalization was developing between the second world war and the 1970s.The development of financial libralization was improving so rapidly until the system fall down because of too many wrong assessed risk and leverage. So financial sector operates need big adjustment from its supervisor and create a supervisory frameworks which has more powerful.
Financial supervision and control be produced at that time.
3Principles--based versus rules--based supervision:
Financial corporation get too much greater responsibility after Financial liberalization. So, supervision need to be " governance" supervisor and intervene under the agreed framework. At that background,"principle" is more important than "rule" Some significant changes in the Europear financial and led to a legal formalization of the uk financial system, but the foundation of the financial supervision have never been disappeared and resurfaced to guide the financial system by "principle" rather than rules- based system. And other countrys also more critical and doubt ,towards this british favorite for principles.
Advantages of principle :
1 interference from supervisirs is small 2 a lot of freedom to be creative and innovative strict rules to kill initiative ,creativity and innovation 3 a productive dialogue between supervisor and supervised, better communication between them. 4 financial system are complex ,principle works better than rules.
Advantages of Rule:
1 provide clarity and centanil for financial institation managers 2 provide transparency for bank managers and ensure more fairness.3 more operational than principle 4 the financial system is complex ,that rule can support and explain the broad principle.

Response:
According to this article. I think we should not only build up the principle financial supervision, but also to fusion some rules which is basically and centainly,as author said, the most effective and the best practice financial supervision is a system which have some principle that be supported by a set of prudential rules. However, the financial supervision need more caution to regulate the influence from both of them,as we know, too much rules will lead the market lose its creativity and innovative and it will undercontrol when the environment of financial supervision is too loose as well. How to balance between principle and rule.In my opinion the principle effect the macroeconomy and rules effect the microeconomy .If the financial supervision have correct principles ,the rules of that principle won't drift off the course as well. But i also realized success depend on details .The reason why economic growth year by year in that country probably because of some correct rules which have carried out.so ,my view is should balance the influence of finance between principle and rule.

Sources of Renewable Energy - Shantanu

Sources of Renewable Energy by Shantanu

To think about renewable energy we have to think about the sources of renewable energy first. There are various kinds of ways to produce renewable energy in the world. First one is Hydropower. Hydropower means generating electricity, using water. We can use a dam of a river to generate electricity. There will be small way out for the water and water will be stored in behind of the dam. Then water will be released through the narrow way out and on the way it will spin the turbine and that will generate electricity. This is a very old but successful way to generate electricity. By using this way we can generate huge electricity. But the problem of this energy source that the setup is huge and it may create problem for the wildlife in the water. The next is wind power. There will be three blades and the center of them there will be the generator, which will be generating electricity. Wind makes the blade turbine and the generator generates electricity. To get the strongest wind these blades are usually situated above a tall tower or something like that. Using wind power for electricity is very popular because this is totally pollution free. The next is solar power. Solar is manmade plate by which electricity can be generated by using sunlight. This solar energy is expected to get bigger if the technology expands. But now the problem with the solar energy is it is not that much cost efficient and not provide expected electricity. The next one is biomass energy. In this way we can make electricity my using the gas formed by the wastes. We can store wastes in a vacuum place and produce burning gas and electricity or we can make bio fuel by directly heating the wastes. Biomass can meet needs regarding our electricity, burning gas and fuel for vehicles. One problem can occur that sometimes it may result toxic pollution if the wastes are directly from the municipal. These are the various kinds of renewable energy sources that we can use by not depending the natural resources.

Opinion

I have taken various kinds of renewable energy sources from the article. In this article I got all the renewable sources that exists now. If we can make a combination of all of the renewable energies we can make a pollution free world and can get all of our basic needs. In this article all of these renewable energy sources are being used in USA. It is described in a very good way that how much electricity USA can get from these sources. There are some limitations in the renewable sources. Limitations will be everywhere and we have to come up with solutions. It is far better to come up with a solution that can make the renewable sources perfect rather than using our natural resources to the end. Technology is developing and we hope in the very near future we can meet all our needs by only depending on the renewable sources.

Advertisements have a lot of influence with consumers in order to increase more profits and consumers who want to buy your products. Advertisement is a corporation to help sellers market products. Also it is used to impact public actions and ideas. The forms and media in which the advertisements exist aims to use different ways to show them.
There are many ways to indicate about advertising such as newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and internet. In the subways or billboards along the freeway, we also can see. As the same some logos, signage and products appear in many place. So the purpose designed is to attract viewers.
As we all know advertising bring lots of things for us, but we still find some defect in advertising. So what advertising does not do? Some studies have indicated that the advertising can create needs and stimulate the marketing motivation. However we found that some advertisers use highly exaggerated ways to cheat public. Every day in the radio and TV, the advertising will occupy lots of time to show them. The research has told that most of the complaints come from these advertising.

RESPONSE

There is no doubt the advertising has bring lots of benefits for us. Advertiser uses some creative forms and ideas to show for consumers. For manufacturer ,seller and advertiser, it is absolutely great to get high profits. For our consumers, sometimes it is very convenient to get some information. In many place we may be attracted by lots of special advertising design such as some special logos. So if we are interested in them ,we may choose to know more information. In fact this effect tell us these advertisings are successful. However, some awful situations still exist. We often find that some advertisings are very boring. We don’t know how the seller and advertiser cooperate. Maybe no one will buy these products, but it still occupied lots of time to flack. At least it wastes lots of resource about media. Maybe after the purchase, people find that the function with these products are not consistent with the description in the advertising. A lot of complaints will appear. So advertising should use a reasonable way to show the products or ideas for public. Public also should use normal mind to face today’s advertising.

Eileen's summary and respond

Why does China since the reform since 1979, can achieve such extraordinary success.Characteristics of China's reform has been the pragmatic Deng Xiaoping's "Whether a cat is black or white, catch mice is a good cat" is a summary of it. Response to the problem of reform is based on China's conditions and capabilities, rather than any economic theory or principles. Of course, there are ideological constraints, but in building "socialism with Chinese characteristics," the overall objective, pragmatism has always been the guiding principle. With the rapid growth of agriculture, rural incomes have undergone substantial increases, which in turn has increased its agricultural commodities and non-agricultural commodities the growing demand.
From 1978, China embarked on a plan of economically liberal reforms. Deng Xiaoping's reforms included the end of the commune system, expansion of private business ownership and increased foreign investment. These all proved to be important causes of China’s economic growth. This created the huge growth rates and rise in GDP in China that continue today. This reform is also experience and learn from.

respond:
Chinese economic reform refers to the program of economic changes called "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" in the mainland of the People's Republic of China that were started in 1978 by pragmatists within the Communist Party of China led by Deng Xiaoping and are ongoing as of the early 21st century. The goal of Chinese economic reform was to generate sufficient surplus value to finance the modernization of the mainland Chinese economy. Neither the socialist command economy, favored by CPC conservatives, nor the Maoist attempt at a Great Leap Forward from socialism to communism in agriculture with the commune system had generated sufficient surplus value for these purposes. The initial challenge of economic reform was to solve the problems of motivating workers and farmers to produce a larger surplus and to eliminate economic imbalances that were common in command economies. China's open policy to promote the country's foreign direct investment and create more employment opportunities, to connect the international market, China's economy.

Globalization is a powerful real aspect of the new world system, and it represents one of the most influential forces in determining the future course of the planet. Foreign investment has both positive and negative effects. Secondly foreign investment has led to growing competition on a global basis. Finally, there is no doubt that in the process of economic globalization, the developing countries have contacted the world's advanced technologies and management methods, but this is obtained at the high price of their cheap labor and natural resources.

Internet job hunting: A field study of applicant experience with on-line recruiting
Summary:
This essay describe e-recruiting to have a big influence on jobseekers and companies. The majority of companies utilise the e-recruiting to replace traditional recruitment. It is clear that by using e-recruiting, companies can save recruitment expense. In the past, companies always draw up a budget to publish advertisement but it is not efficient to hire employees. Moreover, employment traditional advertising revenues have dropped out but the Internet advertising has been increased.
Even though the majority of companies adopt e-recruiting to find new employees, this recruitment method has some problem. For instance, Internet Fluency, type of job desired/scope of job search, technology problems and network problems in Web searches, web content and recruiting practices.
The writers design a questionnaire to send graduate business school alumni of a large university in the Southeast in USA also collect these data to analyse problems and provide good solution ways. Finally, the writers mention that without questions, using e-recruiting has immense potential benefits for companies. This recruitment method has become HR department critical management task.

Opinion
In this essay, let me know about e-recruiting is a trend in companies. Most companies have given up using traditional recruitment method because e-recruiting can save companies money to public advertisement. In fact, e-recruiting develops rapidly in recent years. Yet, there are too many e-recruiting drawbacks which give rise to jobseekers worry about whether they can find suitable job or not and the security of personal information. It is apparent that e-recruiting need some time to improve this recruitment method. Perhaps, companies need cooperate to hire a specialist who operates this website. The specialist can solve jobseekers problems, for instance, job description and set up the same resume form which reduces jobseekers to fill in resume time.

The experience is what the majority of employeers want. Thus the companies don't want to provide fully trained to the fresh graduates. kelvin-- feedback of the article

I think this article is useful for my essay, which entitled “ being ethical is the golden way of doing business in the future”. First of all, this article is talk about SRI, which stands for socially responsible investing. From this article, I got some useful information for my essay.
First of all, I know that if the company operates ethically, it will carry less risk and have higher profit. More important, it was proved by the research. Seeing that, the investors are more willing to invest their money in the company with good social responsibility.
Secondly, SRI is an investment strategy that helping the investor to choose the best company to invest. Nowadays, the investors not only consider the balance sheet and assets, but only the contribution to the society. It is because they believe that good social responsibility can help the company to gain a better financial performance.
Thirdly, not only the public and government are concerning the ethical, but also the shareholder. They will use their power and right to request the company to put more attention and resources on the community.
Finally, this article really help me a lots to backup my viewpoint on my essay. Form my point view; it is essential that company should contribute to the society such as donation and provide more job opportunity. Furthermore, company need to concern the impact on the society rather than only focus on the profit. All these actions will bring benefit to the company and make it success.

kelvin--summary of the article

The summary of the article “ Socially Responsible Investing for Long Term” by Christopher Nolty, Senior Investment Consultant

Nowadays, many capitalists think that company integrity is crucial. Moreover, the company will have less risk (55%) and higher returns (52%) (Yankelovich study, Jan 06)if it is good at social responsibility. At the same time, company with good social image may attract more investor.
Based on this reason, SRI, socially responsible investing, is a way to help the capitalist to choose the company, which has good management and does responsible for the all the stakeholders.
Around 100 years old ago, SRI was related to religious that not encourage the business involved in gambling and alcohol and so on. Now, SRI puts more criteria onto the financial analysis such as the right of the worker and safety product. In fact, SRI focuses on social and environment instead of the account and value of the tangible assets. By adding the new element on the analysis, investors can find the company has low risk and good management system thus having a good future of financial performance. Moreover, investor plays an active role on affecting the decision of the company. Calvert, the biggest family of Sri funds, is a good example that requests the company to do specific actions including developing new environment policy.
Finally, providing housing and community development are the ways to build up the goodwill of the company. Therefore, more and more Americans try to balance the financial objective and the social obligation in order to have a better future.

Exploring Motivations for Participation in a Consumer Boycott
Summary
Consumer boycotts are defined as “one or more parties achieve objectives by preventing consumers from buying one kind of products in the market.” This paper reports a study of factors affecting an individual motivation to participate in a boycott because little attention was paid on this study.
Reduction in the sale of boycotted product shows the successful boycott. Consumer participation is necessary for boycott effectiveness. Why do consumers want to participate in boycott? In this study, self-enhancement and need for consistency are possible explanations for participating boycott by theories of the self. Consumer behavior is motivated by the maintenance or enhancement of self-esteem. These theories and examples illustrated this point. What are main purposes for boycotts? Three main purposes for boycotts: instrumental and expressive, clean hands motivate consumers. Expressive boycotts mean that consumers boycott products because of their displeasure. “Clean hands”: consumers boycott for feeling good about themselves instead of feeling guilty. An instrumental boycott means that goal to change a disputed policy was forced to achieve by boycotting. Theories and examples and equation are used to examine whether three main purposes affect the motive in consumers’ behavior.

Respond:
With western culture entering into our country, imported products also are occupying the market. Imported products are good, but why do domestic people want to boycott?
Esteem plays an important role in the activity. The study says: consumer behaviors are influenced by esteem maintenance or enhancement. On website in China, it is common to see words that call on boycotting products imported from some countries and supermarket. They boycott fast food, Carrefour, and Japanese products and so on because of diplomatic reasons and so on. In earlier time, Carrefour considered Taiwan as a country so that it is boycotted.
The article says that consumer anger was unrelated to consumers’ judgments of product quality. Take Japan for example. Some people think they shouldn’t buy Japanese products because Japanese occupied our countries at old time. Products represent countries’ culture. In some people’s view, Japanese products represent Japanese culture and advanced technology. If Japanese products are occupying the market, it means that Japanese culture occupy the people’s mind. It is very easily remind people of this country and its culture occupying our country at war time. If Japanese culture occupies this market again, their esteem will lose. For old people and some patriotic people, it is not endurable. But everyone could acknowledge the high quality of Japanese products. These examples show that esteem occupies the important status on customer’s behavior.
But, not all people boycott imported products. When some people boycott imported products, another people buy imported products. For them, high-quality and new design for imported products are attractive. It doesn’t mean that they do not want to have esteem. It means that they might be don’t like to communicate their angers with the actions. It means that domestic products should improve their quality and design.

Ted's Essay introduction

Topic: Chinese could become a new world language.

The Chinese is the most widely used language, in the world about a quarter of the people speak Chinese, and about 40 million are learning Chinese. Now China is the third biggest economic entity in the world, and China is called “the world factory”. So with Chinese economic and cultural exchanges across the world is increasing, the Chinese is becoming more and more important now. More and more overseas Chinese is another power to promote it developing in the world. But compare with other world language such as English and French, Chinese is not used in many countries, and learning Chinese is very difficult even though now people know 2-3 foreign language is very common. So maybe in future we Chinese should change something by it-self to suit other country people’s habit. Only by doing so, the Chinese could become a new world language.

Topic: Telecommuting makes work better

Taking your favorite work to home is just the thing that daily commuters hope for, the flexibility in working place, time and schedule that telecommuting provides enable them no need to follow nine-to-five routine, and make their work more enjoyable.

The technology in early 1970s brought telecommuting into being; satellite and computer were connected by using telephone lines as dumb terminals (a terminal with no independent processing ability of its own which can only carry out operations when connected to a computer ICIBA interperation). By the early 1980s, the sub offices and workers could use personal computer access to company mainframe which enabled people work from home.

With the proliferation of internet, the number of people who telecommute increase steadily, and it gradually become a trend, it’s estimated that about 11billion workers working from home in USA by the year of 2009, but in the meantime, this progress also attended by many questions, one of which is whether the advantages that telecommuting brings to company and staff exceed its disadvantages has sparked much debate. In this essay, firstly, I will analysis its strength and weakness, and then make comparison on two sides. In my view, it can bring numerous benefits for both.

Shantanu: Introduction

Future of the renewable energy

Our living planet “Earth” is full of resources and we are using these natural resources as our main energy source like fossil fuel, natural gas etc. But we all know that, one day these energy sources will be finished because these are not unlimited and we are finishing up these resources a lot faster than it’s producing rate. Moreover the way of using of these natural resources are not environment friendly. It is very harmful for the balance of the eco system. So we have to think about some alternate sources of energy. We have already sorted out an alternative and that is renewable energy. There are many kind of renewable energies that we can rely on. The most popular and viable one is the solar energy. Solar is a kind of plate by which we can convert sun light to electricity. Another kind is wind power. We can generate electricity by using the wind power. This setup is called windmill. And to find alternate of natural gas we can make biogas by using cow dung and some other more wastes. These all alternatives are very environment friendly. But now the question is how much viable and cost effective these processes are? In this essay I am going to talk about the viability of rural energy in the world, about the future of the renewable energy. Many questions can be raised about the viability of these renewable energies as hybrid power system, nuclear power system has already been introduced. Moreover technologically these alternate power generation systems have to improve a lot. I will be comparing both pros and cons in these issues in different paragraphs and will make a clear statement in the end of the essay answering why renewable energies are viable.

From time to time various definitions of economics have been proposed . A number of them have found some measure of acceptance among economists , but it canot be said that anyone of them has been generally adopted. In view of the many controversies which have been waged concerning the scope and method of this branch of leaning. Yet the fact that there are different schools of economic thought need not constitute an insuperable bar to agreement upon definition if the latter is broad enough. The early success of chinese economic reform were important in conving soviet economists that reform was not only desirable , but also feasible.during the annus mirabilis of 1989, china suddenly lost its position as a pioneer of socialist reform. Yet it soon became clear that china , economic reform process had not been halted by the post-Tiananmen hardline leadship. Growth during the 1980s was higher than in the preceding decades but fragile.Russia is certainly not a developing country , but like as China, it also attempted a Soviet type of command economy to build a market economy, while the It is in this transition process experience will allow us to better understand China's achievements.(190)

IBRAHIM'S INTRODUCTION

Ian's introduction

Nowadays, in the supermarket where we can see the products from different countries, on the road we can see the cars are running which made in the different countries, and the parts of these cars are produced by different countries. For example BMW car tires from the French; the window glasses from China, steels from the United States, the world economy is increasingly becoming closely linked to a whole. Simply put, that means economic globalization. Economic globalization is an important characteristic of the contemporary world economy, is one of the important trends in world economic development. Into the 21st century, economic globalization has not only promoted the development of world trade, but also brings many uncertainties to national economies. In China, there are many factories which are built by developed countries, because China has cheap labor, abundant natural resources. These factories bring jobs to the local people also brought pollution and crisis for local companies. And that the benefits investors got is far more than the locals got. Is difficult to say that economic globalization is a bad or good for developing countries. Everything has two sides, especially in the economic globalization, in the following article, I will detail my view.

yingbo's introduction

With imported products occupying the market, it is common to see that most people would rather buy them than domestic products. Some people held a movement on website to call on people shouldn’t buy imported products for protecting domestic products and increasing the reputation of domestic products. They think government should boycott imported products. However, another people don’t agree with them. They think if imported products are boycotted, they have no idea about anything fashionable from foreign countries. Whether it is right to boycott imported products for protecting domestic products become a topic to everyone. Let’s look at what people fighting against imported products think. Those who want to boycott imported products think if everyone chooses imported products, there will be less manufacturers starting up in the future. Finally, less domestic products are seen in market. Government will rely on imported products by sustaining market. Traditional skills will be lost in the generation. So they only hope people to boycott imported products for protecting domestic products on website. Their worries sometimes are right. However, the way to protect domestic products is wrong.
We should ask ourselves: why do people want to buy imported products? We can hear what people being against boycotting imported products think. There are some reasons for their choosing imported products. 1. Some imported products, which mean products made from foreign countries, are high-quality and fashionable, comparing with domestic products. They would rather buy high-quality products for spending more money. However, domestic products are low-quality because most manufacturers in domestic land have no high-technology. Some of them use unhealthy sources to produce products for saving cost. 2. When imported products entering into the market, consumers feel fresh. 3. Some consumers think everything imported from foreign country is very good, partly because they lose confidence of domestic products. Imported products represent fashion. They think if imported products are boycotted, they will never see most fashionable things from abroad. From these points, it is not difficult to see that most consumers think domestic products are low-quality. They don’t want to buy. The way to boycott imported products but not improve technology and ethical position will be hateful to consumers. How to protect domestic products?
Firstly, technology and design must be improved to cater for the need of consumers. Secondly, domestic companies should learn new technologies from multinational companies. Thirdly, domestic companies should raise their ethical images in consumers’ mind.

The introduction of Kelvin's essay

Topic: Being ethical is the golden way of doing business in the future.
Passively? Actively?

Introduction:
One day, I did shopping with my friend in a fashion shop. Suddenly, she told me with an angry voice “ hey Kelvin, I won’t buy anything which is made by leather!” Actually, I understood the reason behind but one question came to my mind and the question is that is it a must for the company to run the business ethically nowadays? As we all know, ethical issue draws more and more attention from the public, government and even within the Industry than a decade before. As far as I can see being ethical is no more optional for the company. Apparently, government is doing something to control the company by implementing new regulation, which related to environment, employee and product safety. At the same time, company puts more effort on improving their image and getting confidence from the consumer. They will contribute to the society and benefit their employees. I reckon that if the companies want to survive in keen competition market, they should be ethical both “passively” and “actively”.
