Opinion
In this essay, let me know about e-recruiting is a trend in companies. Most companies have given up using traditional recruitment method because e-recruiting can save companies money to public advertisement. In fact, e-recruiting develops rapidly in recent years. Yet, there are too many e-recruiting drawbacks which give rise to jobseekers worry about whether they can find suitable job or not and the security of personal information. It is apparent that e-recruiting need some time to improve this recruitment method. Perhaps, companies need cooperate to hire a specialist who operates this website. The specialist can solve jobseekers problems, for instance, job description and set up the same resume form which reduces jobseekers to fill in resume time.
