Introduction
The global economic crisis has brought uncertainly to the labour makets around the world, the depression has a nagetive influence to people's career. Always prepare a rainy day, many people worried about their current job and career prospects. Someone made great efforts on their current job, someone went back school again. As we all know, finding a good job is more difficult than it was just a year ago. People should think of ways to acquire rich work experience or a good education certificate through they can distinguish themselves from others in the job markets or even career growth. I would agree that work experience is more important and get ahead faster in people's career. This essay will focus on disscuss and analysis how and why the work experience is more important. But also I will give some example to support my opinions.
