From time to time various definitions of economics have been proposed . A number of them have found some measure of acceptance among economists , but it canot be said that anyone of them has been generally adopted. In view of the many controversies which have been waged concerning the scope and method of this branch of leaning. Yet the fact that there are different schools of economic thought need not constitute an insuperable bar to agreement upon definition if the latter is broad enough. The early success of chinese economic reform were important in conving soviet economists that reform was not only desirable , but also feasible.during the annus mirabilis of 1989, china suddenly lost its position as a pioneer of socialist reform. Yet it soon became clear that china , economic reform process had not been halted by the post-Tiananmen hardline leadship. Growth during the 1980s was higher than in the preceding decades but fragile.Russia is certainly not a developing country , but like as China, it also attempted a Soviet type of command economy to build a market economy, while the It is in this transition process experience will allow us to better understand China's achievements.(190)
