It analyzes the six main causes and gives the advice to the leaders, what is more ,the essay put the last two disadvantages in to the most important paragraph and stand out it .That is good and useful, I can learn the article’s good structure and good points.However,I think the article does not give us the opposite argument ,maybe it is what I should pay more attention to.
