1. Companies save the advertisement fee in newspaper
2. Time-saving
3. Renewing job vacancies quickly

E-recruitment disadvantage
1. Difficult find a company’s webpage
2. Few links between general job boards and a company
3. Difficult reformat and submit resumes to diverse webpage’s specification

Argument disadvantage
1. improve the webpage system
2. make the same format

Conclusion
At the present time, most companies adopt e-recruitment to replace traditional recruitment. E-recruitment’s benefit is bigger than traditional recruitment.
