Topic: Is good education or work experience more important for people's career?

Introduction

*Background-The global economic crisis has brought uncertainly to the labour markets around the world, and many people worried about the job and career prospects, finding a good job is more difficult than it was just a year ago.

*Topic analysis-
people should think of ways to acquire work experience or good education certificate through they can distinguish themselves from others in the job market or even career grow.

*Thesis statement-I agree that work experience is more important than good education for people's career.

Both education and experience are very import in finding a job, but experience is what the majority of emloyers want. Such as many job or career ads, most employers prefer experience over education.everyone can be succeed in many ways even without a good educaton. example:

Education does not prepare for a real world challenges. The good mark cannot make you living better and ensure will have a succeed career. Many high-mark students do not know how to cook, high IQ that doesn't mean have a high EQ. Higher education is not guarantee of high ability.

Work experience would never and as long as somebody willing to work. A education certificate will finally get in one's life, but people still have to learn from outside class. it is not the more education we have, the better we will appreciate the life. example: Edison.
Arguement:
A good education also very important to get a good job, people can learn perfessional skills and knowledge from school in major field. And also can open people's mind, commicate with talent people, build the network...prepare for the future career.

conclusion
Every one has his own way to make life meaningful, and every one has his own way to appreciate his life. For a good career, we need enhance personal ability and capability and save more work experience. But also have to get a good education, learn more from both class and society.
