POVERTY IN BRITAIN
The report which has written by (Grice, 30 Nov 2009), claim for reform of the tax and welfare systems under which people with much more income would pay more generous universal benefits. Also, he claimed to cancel the highest limit of tax of earners. Plans to decline payments to the middle classes such as tax credits on the most weakness would restrict the attack on poverty. Poverty over children and pensioners has been brought down, but it has increased among adults with out children or unemployed. Three main parties promise to reduce spending to avoid fiscal deficit , in the main time, the battle against poverty will lose. They should make plan not for next budget but for next 30 years. Unless , they do not concern about the people who in middle income and redistribute more to the poorest than targeted ones , people less willing to contribute taxation, which
will lead to faces return to Victorian levels of poverty.
