Renie's essay plan.

Nowadays, people on the internet tend to use the Netspeak instead of proper words to communicate with each other, some people think it will cause bad influence on people and our language, while other disagree, what's your opinion?

Title: Netspeak is the product of internet

Introduction

1. Background
-definition (Internet related terminology, Internet slang- abbreviations, acronyms, keyboard symbols and shortened words)
-how it developed (the proliferation of internet, it’s easier as can save keystrokes and time, huge netizens are young people who are tend to be creative, etc)
-characteristics (vivid, interesting, simple, personalized)
2. Structure
-analysis the advantages, drawbacks on language and people
3. Thesis
-Netspeak as a new and interesting linguistic form; it can revitalize our language that used in our daily life.

Body

Para2 People in favor of Netspeak think

- Netspeak is vivid, humorous, expressive language
- Netspeak as another communication carrier can enrich our language
- Netspeak can vent the pressure; make people happy when they communicate on the internet.
- The change of the language is an inventible trend of society development


Para3 Some people disagree, for it has drawbacks

- It will have negative impact on formal language norm and change our traditional language,
- People’s ability of using formal language will decline, posing threat to the language development,
-Some students influenced by netspeak can’t write well which is not so good for study,
- If a language is hard for people to understand, then it loses the meaning in communication

Conclusion: from historic aspect, every big event happened along with the introduction of new words, such as immigration wave, globalization, and internet, the emergence of netspeak is in accordance with the rules of self-development and social development, and it will enrich our language and make our language more dynamic.
